Planning Applications

We will produce all the required details for the application which could include not only architectural drawings but also supporting documents such as topographical detail, arboricultural surveys, ground investigation details, traffic surveys and reports, ecological information and many other detailed reports.  We have over the years built up a core of best performing consultants in all these fields which ensures the most cost effective service and the highest possible standards of reporting.

Appeals

Should an application be refused on grounds which are incompatible with the relevant planning policies then we would, subject to the owners discretion look to appeal any such decision. We again would advise the client on the risks involved in such a process and would look to secure a planning permission through the appeals system. Whilst the appeals system can seem daunting, with the correct backup this system can again be made to work for you.
