Very often these days legal agreements need to be negotiated with the local planning authority prior to the granting of planning permission, whether this is in relation to roadway construction, public open space provision, affordable housing contributions, infrastructure improvements or any other area we have the experience to provide the necessary negotiating skills in order to procure a workable and cost effective solution.

Tree preservation orders:

We have a great deal of experience in dealing with issues relating to the protection of trees, whether this is the granting of new orders or the varying or removal of existing orders.  We will advise on the most cost effective route forward in any particular situation.

Conservation areas:

Again our experience allows us to create a potential for development even within conservation areas. We will always find a route through the maze of legislation in order to maximise any potential development.

Listed Structures:
